People & access

Everyone signs in to the same plan. Admins run the workspace; employees see and update their own tasks. Grant extra abilities per person without opening the admin home.

How access works
Admin — full workspace: blueprint, all projects, People & access, approvals.
Employee — sees the plans they are on, updates only their own tasks, submits evidence for review.
Projects — by default an employee sees every project. Restrict them to specific ones; they still see the whole plan there, even without tasks.
Grants — add single abilities to an employee (create projects, edit tasks, change any status, approve) without giving them the admin home. Grants are logged and revocable.
Invites go by email; the mobile app signs in with the same account. SSO and directory sync are on Enterprise.
